Booking
A card on file is required to book, along with a deposit to secure your spot
Cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule service with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit fee will apply. No-shows will incur a charge for the full service price
Tardiness
If you are more than 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to treat it as a no-show, and the associated fee will apply. Please contact me as soon as possible if you’re running late, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
No show
If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you may be charged 100% of the missed service cost
Guests
Please limit guests to one person over the age of 18.
Weather
If Richland County is under a level 2 or higher snow emergency , the studio will be closed and your appointment will be rescheduled
Design Changes
If you wish to make subtle changes after booking, please resubmit a request form at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, Design changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a same day cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply
